Privacy Choices

At Enso Mobile, you can control your account and the personal information associated with it.

Enso Mobile is a trade name of Malibu Design Studio, LLC.

Delete Your Account

If you have an Enso Mobile account, you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.

Delete your account in an Enso Mobile app

If the app provides account deletion, go to:

Profile or Account Settings → Account → Delete Account

Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a deletion request here.

Request Account Deletion

The request form should ask for:

Email address associated with your account
Enso Mobile app
Request: Delete my account and associated data
Optional message

We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

We will never ask you to send us your password.

What Gets Deleted?

When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, subject to any information we are legally permitted or required to retain.

Depending on the Enso Mobile app you use, this may include:

your account and profile information;
authentication information and active sessions;
saved answers and preferences;
app progress and history;
connections with other users;
messages or notes stored through the Service;
notification preferences; and
push notification subscription information.

Deleting your account may also remove shared features or content that depended on your account.

Copies that another person independently saved outside an Enso Mobile Service, such as screenshots, are outside our control.

Other Privacy Requests

You may also contact us if you would like to:

ask what personal information we maintain about you;
correct inaccurate account information;
request deletion of particular information;
ask a question about how your information is used; or
exercise another privacy right available where you live.

Submit a Privacy Request

Please include the email address associated with your account and the Enso Mobile app you use so we can identify the correct account.

Notification Choices

You can change push notification preferences from within supported Enso Mobile applications or through your device's notification settings.

Turning off notifications does not delete your account or other information.
